RSVP
Please kindly RSVP by no later than December 10, 2024. Unfortunately, any responses received after this date will be unable to be accommodated by our venue and vendors.
Due to capacity limits at our venue, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additional guests that are not named on your invitation. Please reach out if you believe we made an error on your invitation.
We have planned the evening to be an adults-only event. Please plan accordingly.
Ceremony and Reception
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Accordingly, please ensure you arrive at 3:45pm at the latest to ensure everyone may be settled and seated on time. Late arrivals will be not be admitted into the ceremony. Unfortunately there will not be any exceptions as all guests enter the ceremony through the same entrance that the processional will be entering from, and so late arrivals would disrupt the processional. If you are checking into a hotel on this day that is not our venue, please plan accordingly or request the hotel holds your bags to check in after the wedding.
We have assembled a team of amazing and professional vendors that will be on site to photograph and record the ceremony, which will be shared with all after the wedding day. Please keep your phones and cameras in your purses or pockets for the duration of the ceremony so that our photographer and cinematographer may work without interruptions. Adam and Natasha are more than happy to take any and all pictures after the ceremony with all guests!
Cocktail hour will begin promptly after the ceremony on the floor immediately above the ceremony room, from 4:30pm to 6pm. Adam and Natasha will be absent for much of the cocktail hour as we will be taking photos during this time, but will join again for dinner and dancing that begins at 6pm and ends at 12am.
We would love to see our friends and family feeling their most confident! The dress code is black tie preferred. Have a gown or tuxedo in the back of your closet that you never know the right occasion to wear it for? Wear it to our wedding! There is no such thing as "too much" in our eyes. The wedding party will be dressed in floor length gowns and tuxedos. The "preferred" portion of this dress code is noted as we do not want to require everyone purchases this level of attire if they do not already own any, but we would require formal attire at a minimum to abide by the ballroom's dress code. We kindly request that you do not wear any cream, ivory, or white.
Ladies: Floor length gown or formal midi dress
Gentlemen: Tuxedo or dark suit
Please also be mindful that our venue has an established minimum dress code of smart casual for other areas of the Club. If you are staying overnight, and so possibly exploring other areas of the Club when not attending our wedding, please ensure you familiarize yourself with this dress code.
You will be provided with attentive, white glove service from the Club's exceptional staff. Complimentary coat check will be included for all guests. Cocktail hour will have passed hors d'oeuvres and live music, and wine service will be provided throughout our three-course plated dinner. The bar will remain open throughout the duration of our cocktail hour and reception.
Adam and Natasha are registered at Crate & Barrel, Bloomingdales, Amazon, and have set up certain cash funds. Note that their registry also includes "group gift funds" to contribute to an item in an amount you are comfortable with. It is preferred that gifts are shipped directly to them, but there will be a gift table and card box set up for those who would like to bring with themselves to the wedding.
Travel
Chicago is a highly connected city and very easy to travel to, with a wide variety of commuting options. It is an easy drive for our friends and family in Milwaukee, closely located to two major airports, and has an expansive rail network that would bring you almost straight to our venue. Please refer to our Travel & Accommodations tab for more detail.
We have reserved a block of rooms at our venue for Friday and Saturday night at a discounted rate. Please refer to our Travel & Accommodations tab of our website for details. If you are in need of accommodations, we would recommend staying at the Club for convenience and service at a great rate, although please feel free to explore additional options in the city. If you opt to stay elsewhere, we just kindly request that you be mindful of check-in time to ensure you are able to attend the ceremony.
Chicago has plenty of sights to see while you're in town, and it still stays busy even in January! Please check out our Things To Do tab on our website.
